Our collective philosophy behind selecting this kaupapa for our inquiry.
We are passionate about the potential outcomes from a collaborative working relationship between the teachers and staff in order to benefit our students. We are members of our school Ka Hikitia roopu and Tina is also a techie. We feel an overwhelming responsibility and desire to find solutions to support our staff, students, whanau and wider school community. At the forefront of this is the kaupapa Maori principle 'Ata' developing respectful relationships.
